At Optimus Towing and Recovery LLC, we take pride in using high-quality towing equipment to ensure the safe and efficient transport of your vehicle. To continue providing excellent service, we need to make sure our equipment stays in top condition.

Please be advised:
If your vehicle causes damage to our towing equipment — including but not limited to winches, straps, dollies, flatbeds, or hydraulic components — due to its condition, modifications, or any hazardous circumstances (e.g., leaks, broken parts, sharp edges, etc.), you will be held financially responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement.

Common Causes of Equipment Damage:

• Leaking fluids that compromise hydraulic systems

• Exposed or sharp vehicle parts that tear straps or wiring

• Excessive rust or broken components that damage the flatbed or winch

• Unreported aftermarket modifications (e.g., oversized wheels, low clearance, etc.)

To avoid unexpected charges:

• Please disclose any known issues with your vehicle before service.

• Notify us of any modifications that may affect the towing process.
